What data we process

Name, e-mail address, company association, discount level and order details (delivery address, consignee, PO number, machine number and ordered items).

Purposes and legal basis

To administer customer accounts and handle order requests. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest in the business relationship. Accounting records are kept as required by law.

Retention

User accounts are kept as long as needed for the customer relationship and access to the portal. Accounts inactive for 24 months are reviewed for possible deactivation or deletion.

Order history is normally kept for 7 years, or longer if required for warranties, legal claims or other documented needs. Accounting records are kept under applicable Swedish bookkeeping law.

Personal data no longer needed is erased or anonymised, unless a legal requirement or another valid purpose requires continued storage.

Recipients and third-party services

Lovable Cloud (database, sign-in and file storage) and Lovable's e-mail service for order and invitation e-mails.

Administrators may use a translation service for product texts. Personal data must not be entered in these texts. During two-factor verification, the sign-in service also processes data about registered authentication factors.

For security, technical limits on recovery attempts are used. These contain hashed identifiers, attempt counts and timestamps — not passwords or recovery links. The retention time for these technical security data still needs to be determined.

The geographic location of the database and backups has not yet been verified. We therefore cannot confirm that they are stored within the EU. This will be updated once the location has been verified with the service provider.

Cookies

We only use necessary storage for sign-in, language choice and the shopping cart. No analytics or marketing cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact info@welandsolutions.se. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
